To sweet Dixie's family, I was surprised to hear of Dixie's passing.  I was good, good friends with Dixie long ago when we both worked at Valley Bank.  We would get into our laughing "attacks" until our stomachs hurt! She was always happy and upbeat and that was appreciated more than she will ever know.  My heart is with you....... her family. Dixie is with you, you will continue to feel her love.  What a completely beautiful person she was, inside and out.

 My heart is filled with tears of sadness and joy every time I think of my precious little sister, who went home to be with the Lord. Life is a sojourn moment in time. not a destination. In this life Dixie has been a beautiful daughter, endearing sister, loving mother and cherished friend. Dear sweet sister, Like a feather blowing in the wind you made your presence felt and touched our hearts, then one day you were gone. You continued your journey onward carried by the wind into the presence of God. Our memories of you will remain with us forever. I love you Dixie.

Sorry to hear of Dixie's passing. I haven't seen her for years - since the Valley Bank days. We were good friends back then, but unfortunately lost touch as life went on. She was always so happy and friendly. RIP Dixie!

I had the pleasure of being Dixie's brother-in law for 47 years. I have fond memories of family get together on holidays and on camping trips.
Dixie was always a joy to be around with a big smile on her face and her giggling. You will be missed greatly and never forgotten little sister, we love you. Until we meet again.

Condolences to Dixie's family. I'm very sad to read that she has passed. Although I haven't seen her since we were teens, I always remember her and her family with fond childhood memories. Rest in peace Dixie!
