Born March 22, 1933 (89 years old) in Parowan, Utah to Robert Taylor Miller and Bess Matheson - Passed away July 26th, 2022 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was married to James Thomas Jones on September 17, 1954 in Parowan and enjoyed 43 years of loving marriage until his passing in early 1998. Ellen and Tom had two beautiful daughters, Julie and Grace, and six grandchildren. Ellen is survived by her baby brother, Jim Miller and daughter Julie Clark. When not spending time with her family and friends, Ellen enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and actively participating in her neighborhood ward. Her capacity for love was vast, and all those who knew her loved her just as much.
Services will be on Friday, July 29th at 2:00 PM at the Wasatch Lawns Memorial Park at 3401 S Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
