Erica Rachel Nicole VanKomen

December 29, 2011, in Salt Lake City. She will be dearly missed and never

forgotten. She was an amazing mother, companion, sister, niece and friend.

She was born September 26, 1977 in Boise, Idaho to Kathleen (Kathy) and

Donald Jennings. After her mother‘s death, at the age of 4 she was raised by

her loving grandparents, James and Elizabeth Cobia of American Falls, Idaho.

Erica graduated from American Falls High School in 1995 where she excelled

in cheerleading, competitive dance team, student council and Junior Miss.

She moved to Salt Lake City and attended University of Utah. She then

married Tyler Van Komen and was blessed with two sons, Tristan and Sier.

They later divorced. Erica’s greatest joy in life was her children. . She

loved her companion/soul mate, Todd Parris. Her contagious laugh and the

ability to make everyone feel loved and special will be missed by all.

Erica is survived and loved by her sons Tristan and Sier, Todd Parris,

father, Donald Jennings ,brother, Jimi (Karen) Jennings, and sister Diana

Rose, her aunts who adored her, Carol Cobia (Auntie C), Brenda (Breck) Rich,

Colleen (Jamie) Mayer, and Betty Sue Rasmussen.

Viewing will be at 11:00 am, Wednesday, January 4th at Wasatch Lawn, 3101

South Highland Dr., Salt Lake City, Utah followed by the funeral at 12:30

pm.

Grave dedication will be held at Falls View Cemetery, American Falls, Idaho

,Thursday, January 5th at 12:30 pm.
