

He was born May 12th 1925 in Salt Lake City, Utah to PhilipTaylorTaylor and Lola North.
He served in the US army from 1943 through 1946
He attended and graduated from Granite High School, and attended Michigan State University, Colorado State University and the University of Utah.
He married Elaine Bowman on August 18, 1950 in Salt Lake City.
He was an active memeber of the Utah Veterinary Medical association and an honor roll member of the American Veterinary Medical Association.
Glenn was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints and an active an involved memeber of the Valley View second ward for 57 years,
He was a brilliant Clinical Scientist having worked on numerous projects that put his many degrees to use. He loved the University of Utah where he worked for 54 years and was a constant cheerleader for their sports teams. He loved the cabin at Bear Lake, the apple orchard in Highland , the silver mine and mostly being at home to see his children, grand children ,great grand children, and his dogs.
Survived by his sweetheart Elaine Bowman Taylor, children, Yvonne (Val) Heiner, Eric (Holly) Taylor, Annette (Bill) Dunson, sister LaVe (Bill) Ellis, Eleven grand children and sixteen great grand children.
He was preceeded in death by his father,mother and sister Ruth Rossiter.
A viewing will be held on June 5th 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Wasatch Lawn 3401 Highland Drive. Salt Lake City, funeral services will be held Friday June 6th 2014 from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm with a viewing from 9:30 to 10:30am prior to the services at the Holladay North Stake center. 4395 Albright drive.
