Our bright and joyful sister, Janae, passed away on Christmas Day. It fills our hearts knowing she is reunited with our dad, brother, and many other loved ones who have gone before, especially knowing she can now walk, run and dance with them in ways her crippled body precluded, while on earth.
Janae was filled with music and joy. She was ever singing or humming a happy tune. The celestial choirs have a new, enthusiastic soprano!
She loved everything yellow, chocolate cake, dangly earrings and everyone she ever knew. If you were lucky enough to meet Janae, she probably asked you if she could have a hug. She loved people without reservation and remembered faces, names, and birthdays.
Heaven is a little brighter and happier now that Janae is there, and we are all better people for having shared our lives with her. She blessed and taught us in innumerable ways.
We love you, our sweet Janae. You have always been an angel, and we are grateful knowing that you are at peace with dad, Steven, Mark, and dozens of other loved ones who have gone before.
Janae is survived by her mother Janeen Brady, her seven siblings: Diane Smith, Lisa Collett, Kirsten Richards, Brady (Wendy) McKay, Doug Brady, Camille Ludlow, Michelle Stone and their spouses, hundreds of cousins, aunts, uncles, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends who will forever love her. She is preceded in death by her father, Ted Brady; brother, Steven Brady; brother-in-law, Mark Collett; and nieces Avonlea and Avery Stone.
