Jeff was a strong, brave, kind, and gentle man. His winning personality and in-depth knowledge, on a wide variety of subjects, would instantly win over everyone he met. Jeff always put his feelings, needs, and concerns of others before his own, despite the many challenges he faced. His kindness and humorous personality would always lift the spirits of those around him.
Jeff had a life-long love of music. He would often entertain his many friends and family with his state-of-art stereo system.
He worked for many years, notably for Aurant, as a designer and installer of high-end home theatre systems.
He enjoyed camping with his brother, Mike, building and designing model railroads that he inherited from his father, and spending time with family and friends. He often mentioned his loving mother, Christine, and her tireless and constant efforts in taking care of him throughout his long illness.
Jeff will be greatly missed and always remembered by the many lives he touched.
Jeff is preceded in death by his father, Paul, both grandparents and many uncles he loved and respected dearly.
He is survived by his loving mother, Christine, his brother and best friend, Michael Hawthorne, his loving and cherished Aunt, Mary Glezos; Nick Glezos, Kathy Cornia, cousins, nieces, nephews, a special and loved friend, Shane Firestack, along with many other friends.
We love you always, Jeff. Rest now in peace.
A private memorial service will be held by Jeff's family.
