I have such wonderful memories of Aunt Martsie; Thanksgivings at the cabin in Park City, trips to Lake Powell and Bear Lake, just to name a few. 
She was such a kind, gentle person with a huge heart, she will be greatly missed. My thoughts go out to her wonderful family at this difficult time. I wish I could be there to give you all a big hug. Please know I am thinking of all of you today.

I have known Martsie since Junior High School. When she married Jack, my late wife,Janet's brother,this was the beginning of many special memories.  Our trips to Lake Powell, family parties, skiing and other shared moments.  Martsie was a great lady.

I have known Martsie since Junior High School.  I've always liked and respected her and became closer to her by being her brother-in-law.  I have fond memories of some of the enjoyable times that we have had together with Martsie and Jack....our Lake Powell trips, skiing and family parties.

Thank You Martsie for being such a wonderful friend to my Grandmother, Donna Claire Holdsworth.  You had such a wonderful heart and were so patient with her, when her mind began to fail. I got to get to know Martsie in the summer of 2004, when I accompanied she and my grandmother (her long time friend Donna Holdsworth) on a trip to Palmyra NY and Kirtland OH. Martsie was a lovely lady, and I'm very grateful I was able to get to know her, and for her sweet kindness and friendship of my grandmother, who was just beginning then to show serious signs of Alzheimer's. Martsie is a wonderful woman, with great faith!

Marstie was in the Mission office where I served my mission.  She was the first person you would meet when you entered the office.  She was always willing to reach out to the "Greenies" and give them a Grandma hug.  Her smile will always have a place in my heart.  I will miss her dearly.  Love you Martsie.
