1924 – 2012
Our dear sister, aunt and friend died April 11, 2012. She was born daughter to John G. Mickelson and Lucy Godfrey Mickelson.
She graduated from high school in Weston, Idaho. She loved travel, gardening and spending time with family and friends. She was an active member of the LDS Valley View 4th Ward.
She was secretary/ bookkeeper for Western Optical for many years, later for Neville Insurance Agency and retired while working for First Security Bank.
She was preceded in death by parents, brothers, Delmer, Norman, Reece and Verl; and sisters MarDean and Zelma. She is survived by sister, Jean Scow; and nieces and nephews.
Thanks is given to her caretakers and friends at Mount Olympus for the past 2 ½ years.
April 21, a viewing will be held at 10:00 AM and services at 11:00 AM at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Chapel, 3401 S. Highland Dr, SLC, Utah. Interment in Dayton, Idaho. Dedication of grave will be Sunday April 22.
