Mary Rochaun Weston

Fairview, Utah – Rochaun, had an infectious laugh, could be a little stubborn, but her heart was made of gold. She would do anything for anyone, and that big heart of hers stopped unexpectedly on Friday, August 22, 2025.

Born on July 31, 1956, to Don and Carol Miner in Salt Lake City, Utah. She attended Granite High School and continued to Cameo Cosmetology School.

She married Don Weston on December 11, 1983, and was married for 26 years before Don’s passing in 2009. They lived in Salt Lake City and then moved to Florida where Rochaun loved going to see the ocean and entertaining visitors.

She worked at National Semi Conductor alongside her mother and a couple of aunts. Rochaun was currently retired and loved life.

She spent time with her family; she was the first to offer her help. Rochaun was a caregiver to everyone, whether it was someone sick, having surgery or if you just needed her to watch your house and your animals. She always made sure others’ needs were met before her own. Rochuan loved her morning coffee, listening to her audible books and shopping on Amazon. Every Halloween, she spent time putting bags of candy together because she couldn’t give just one piece. The kids would always yell, “This is the BEST house ever!”

Rochaun will be missed extremely but will not be forgotten and she will be in our hearts forever.

She is survived by her siblings, Charity (Vic) Quinonez, Jerry (Pauline) Miner, Shauna (Arron) Evans, Randy Winn and Kent (Allison) Miner as well as bonus children and many bonus grandchildren and bonus great grandchildren. She also had a special place in her heart for many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and a great- grand niece and great-grandnephews.

Rochaun is proceeded in death by her husband Don Weston, Parents Don and Carol Miner, Sister Brenda Winn, Nephew Michael (Pooper) Rast and great Nephew Gabriel McKinney.

A graveside service will be held on September 11, 2025, at 11:00 am at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 S. Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84106.
