He graduated from Cyprus High School in 1968, and then went on to attend Snow College for one semester before joining the National Guard in 1969 for 6 years.
Robert married Shirlene Mills, July of 1972, later divorced. Together, they had three daughters that loved him dearly.
Robert worked for Kennecott for 32 years and then, Sandy City, where he retired after 11 years.
Bob loved golfing with his friends and grandsons, enjoyed spending time at his cabin in Bear Lake, Utah and most of all spending time with his family.

Robert is survived by his three daughters; DeEtte Pulley (Damon); Angela Winward (Brett); Crystal Pulley (Jerry); and his sister, Marilynn Larsen. Also survived by, 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and his beloved dog, Bella.
Robert was preceded in death by his father, Roy Daniel Pulley and his mother, Louise Conradsen Pulley; brother, Daniel Pulley and sister, Barbara Cowan.
A viewing for Robert will be held Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 S. Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah. A celebration of life will occur Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary.
