

Steve was born on September 5, 1963, in Bellflower, California, to Willard “Jesse” and Juanita Ruth Boyce. He married his high school sweetheart and the love of his life, Kelly Susan Stroud, on August 7, 1982, in Murray, Utah, and together they had two beautiful children.
Steve approached life with a great sense of humor and a determination that moved mountains. He had a warm and gentle heart that encouraged everyone around him. He was playful, fun-loving, and full of wit. Steve cherished his role as a devoted husband and his greatest accomplishment was his children.
Steve dedicated 20 years to his career as a respected event sales manager at Honey Bucket. There, he built lifelong friendships who later became like family.
When he wasn’t working, Steve could be found riding his bike or walking his best dog Riddick. He enjoyed going on adventures and traveling with his wife, learning all thing business and finance, going to the movies, playing racket ball, catching up with long-distance family or old friends on the weekends, or simply relaxing on the couch. Steve’s favorite pass time was spending quality time with his family. His pride and joy were his grandchildren, whom he adored immensely. He never missed the opportunity to support them in whatever event they had going on. He loved cheering them on.
Steve leaves behind a loving family who will miss him dearly. He is survived by his wife, Kelly Boyce; children, Steven “Jason” Boyce (Charlie) and Heather Marie Boyce (Matt); grandchildren, Cyrus, Brooklyn, Chaylee, Bradley, Hazel, Theo, and Rosie; stepmother, Beverly Boyce; sister, Kathy Setzfant (Robert “Skip”); stepbrothers, Chuck and Ron; stepsister, Debbie and her son Clark; best friends, Richy, Darin, and Ken. He was proceeded in death by his father, Jesse Boyce and his mother, Juanita Boyce.
A celebration of life will be determined later.
