Ann C. Schreiner, age 81, of Ridge, New York, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and devotion. Ann lived a life full of compassion and joy, touching the hearts of all who knew her.
Born and raised in Ridge, Ann dedicated her life to her family and community. She is survived by her three devoted daughters: Patricia Rice (George), Dianne Jiranek (Rich), and Carolyn Piccinone (Joe). Ann's unwavering support and boundless love were evident in every aspect of her relationships with her children and grandchildren. She was a proud grandmother to Dana and Michael, who brought her immense pride and happiness. Ann also had a special bond with her beloved cat, Katie, who was a constant source of comfort and companionship.
Ann was preceded in death by her cherished spouse, Michael, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and partnership. Michael’s memory was a guiding light in Ann’s life, and her devotion to him was evident in all she did.
A visitation to honor and remember Ann will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, located at 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, NY 11764. A funeral mass is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St. Mark's RC Church, situated at 105 Randall Rd, Shoreham, NY 11786.
Ann's legacy will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her love and her memory will continue to inspire and uplift those she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered with love and gratitude.
