Fairbrother – Christine P., (Dickson) age 78, of Ridge, New York passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2023. Christine was born on August 12, 1944 in Oceanside, New York to Thelma and William Dickson, predeceased. She graduated from East Rockaway High School and attended nursing school in Poughkespie, New York. Upon graduation she became a Registered Nurse and worked in hospitals throughout her professional career providing care and comfort to her patients. Christine enjoyed cruising to Bermuda and spending time with family and friends. Christine was predeceased by her husband William or nearly 50 years. Christine is survived by her three daughters Jennifer Tedesco, Kathryn Englander and Elizabeth Fairbrother. She is also survived by her sister, Judith Venable of Ridge, New York. Christine was the beloved grandmother to four grandchildren: Robert Vaughn, Abigail Rose, Jillian Rose and Emily Kathryn. Visitation will be held at OB Davis in Miller Place on Friday, June 2nd from 2-4pm and 6-8 pm. A memorial service and burial will be held on Saturday, June 3rd.
