Clifford was born in Amityville, NY, and raised in Hicksville, NY, throughout his life, he became known for his dedication to family, his hands-on skills, and his love of nature. He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend. Clifford was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rose, and his brother, Robert Williams.
He is survived by his son, Clifford Williams (Patricia); his daughter, Dawn McDonald (Patrick); his grandchildren, Justin and Stephen Williams, Kaitlyn, Kristen, and Kassandra McDonald. Clifford's family was the cornerstone of his life, and he took great joy in spending time with them.
A skilled builder and fixer of all things, Clifford was never one to shy away from a challenge. Whether it was repairing a broken appliance or crafting something from scratch, he had a knack for making things work. He also enjoyed the great outdoors, finding peace in hunting and fishing.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate Clifford’s life and legacy. A visitation will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, NY 11764. A closing prayer will be offered on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM, also at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, followed by a committal service at 11:00 AM at St. Charles / Resurrection Cemeteries, 2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735.
Clifford will be remembered for his warmth, his generosity, and the love he showed to all who knew him. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
