Domenica "Honey" DeRosa, age 86, of Miller Place, New York passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 20, 2020. Honey was born March 6, 1934 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Dominick and Jenny Genovese.
Beloved wife of the late Vito DeRosa. Loving mother of Gina DeRosa-Strong and her husband Eddy, Vito DeRosa and his wife Deborah, Debra Altamore and her husband Vincent and George Boyce and his wife Mandy. Adoring Gram of Michael, Nicholas, Jaclyn, Vito Dominick, Lauran, Matthew, Brittany, Justin and Dominic. Proud great Gram of Rebecca, Michael, William, Nicholas, Gavin and Luca.
A visitation will be held Sunday, August 23, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, NY 11764. Funeral Mass will take place Monday, August 24, 2020 at 12:30 PM at St. Louis de Montfort Roman Catholic Church, 75 New York Avenue, Sound Beach, NY 11789.
