Beloved husband of the late Carmelina Bascelli. Loving father of Diane Szuchy (John), Robert Bascelli (Rosemary) and John Bascelli. Proud grandfather of Emily Bascelli, Matthew Bascelli, Andrew Szuchy, Peter Szuchy, Kristen Szuchy, Ryan Bascelli and Lauren Bascelli.
A funeral mass for John will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 10:30 AM at St Mark's Roman Catholic Church, 105 Randall Rd, Shoreham, New York 11786. Interment to follow with Army honors at Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, New York 11933.
