Mrs. Mary H. Maloney

Mary was the strength that held her large loving family together. Her family started when she married her beloved late husband George Daniel Maloney on June 30, 1946.

Mary was the loving mother to the late Marilyn (David), late Joann (John), and Deborah (Alfred). She was the proud grandmother to her nine grandchildren: Debra (Glenn), Mark (Jennifer), late John Daniel (Christine), Stacey (Terry), Matthew (Kelly), Stephanie (Jeff), Christopher, Mary (Matthew), and late Brian. She also leaves her 14 great grandchildren Douglas, Daniel, Patrick, Cillian, John Murphy, Ryan, Liliana, Keegan, Bridgette, Bryan, Jacob, MaKayla, Caleb, and Skylar.

After years of traveling and living in Florida and North Carolina, Mary and George went back to their original home state of Long Island, New York. They settled in the community of Leisure Village in Ridge, NY. Mary was known by many within her community by being a caring friend and member of her church. She enjoyed playing cards with the ladies, poker with her grandchildren, and crochet. She was an avid member of the Red Hat Ladies. Mary was an extremely devoted parishioner of Saint Mark's Roman Catholic Church in Ridge, New York and dedicated most of her time to the consolation ministry.

Mary proudly spent her last few years watching her family grow into families of their own while staying by their side giving all of her love and support. She was the light for all of her family.

Visitation will be held at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, located at 1001 Route 25a, Miller Place, NY, 11764, on September 30, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

A Funeral Mass will take place at St Mark's Rc Church, 105 Randall Rd, Shoreham, NY, 11786, on October 1, 2025, from 10:30 am to 11:15 am.
