Gai, Wilbur, died peacefully on his 95th birthday on October 5th. Resident of Ridge, LI, formerly of East Meadow. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was a long time member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Rocky Point, NY. A machinist by trade, he owned his own business for many years. Beloved husband for 68 years of the late Mary K. Gai. Loving father of Bonnie Gai, and Dennis Gai and his wife Barbara. Cherished grandfather of Andrew, Lauren, Matthew (Jennifer), Dawn (Mike), and Craig (Deborah). Adored great grandfather of Collin (3), Kayla (6 months), and Cameron (4 months). Reposing O.B.
