

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Beverly Flemming; and her significant other, Eddie Jones.
She is survived by her children Ronda (Keith) Greeninger, Ronald Smith, and Lora Wegleitner; step-son Brian (Gena) Jones; her grandchildren Jamie (James) Barrett, Jonathan (Alyssa) Smith, Tonya (Matt) Sheeder, Tim (Alyssa) Wegleitner, Matt Wegleitner, and Kyle Jones; and her great-grandchildren Cody, Anna, Henry, Adeline, Harlow, Hudson, Dallin, Riley, and Arden. She also leaves behind her sister Mary Alice (Fred) Kindle; brother John (Sandy) Duty; and many extended family members and friends who loved her deeply.
Betty lived a life marked by kindness, strength, and a deep devotion to the people around her. Beautiful and warm-spirited, she was known for her loving heart, caring nature, and quiet wisdom. She offered good advice, listened without judgment, and never hesitated to help anyone in need.
Gifted in music, avid reader and endlessly crafty, Above all, she took tremendous pride in her family—her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Her final days were filled with family, love, and gratitude—a reflection of the life she lived and the legacy she leaves behind.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 11 at Sunset Kapala Glodek Funeral Home, with a visitation starting at 10 am. Inurnment to follow at Sunset Cemetery.
Betty will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
