Beloved Snare Family.  It was with great grief that I learned of my childhood   dad had slipped away to heavenly arms of our Lord.  I would like all of you to know how sad it has made me. Now I know why you have been on my mind so strong lately.  I am sitting here in shock and know that you are also.  I wish I could give you a hug, take away your pain or something.  You two had such a special love that you will be able to carry the rest of your life. Dear Jean,
I have the fondest memories of the wonderful fishing trips with Dan and your father. Dan had the ability to tame the fish on to the boat. Whenever he put his magic to work, we had  a boatload of fish. I also remember him as a highly compatible companion  and friend, but he was better known for his friendliness and jovial  personality. My sincerest condolences 
to you and your family.

It's with a sad heart that Sharon and I received the news of Dan's death. He was truly one of the good guys and will be missed by all of us. We have so many wonderful memories with Dan ( P-Hawk ). We are also truly sorry we could not be there as we are still in Arizona.

Your family is in our prayers. We could not have asked for a better neighbor.  With a send off in the morning or a welcome home in the afternoon, I could always count on a smile and kind words to brighten my day. He was always busy in the yard or packing up for a hunting/fishing trip. Our family will miss him dearly.
