So sorry for your loss. It is still hard to believe that Ernesto is gone. I have worked with Ernesto for the past 6 years and he has made coming to work something that I looked forward to.
He loved his nephews and would speak of them often. Whenever my kids would come in to visit he was the first to talk to them and ask them questions.
We even had Ernesto out to press apples at our orchard once!
He was a great man and will be forever missed.

I was very saddened to hear that Ernesto had passed away.  I had the privilege of working with him for a short time and he often made me smile.  My sincere sympathies to his family and friends.

My sincere condolences to the Molina family.  Ernesto had such a good spirit, very friendly and always helpful.  He will be truly missed!  May God bless you in this time of sorrow.

So sad to hear of Ernesto's passing.  Our prayers and thoughts will be with his loved ones as they go through this trial and loss.  We pray that it will get easier to manage the rough waves now and in the future; that your memories will give you comfort; and your hope will carry you forwards to being together forever in the eternities.

Ernesto always had a smile in his voice.  I will miss his humor and his cheerful help.  My deepest sympathy to his family.

I lost a good friend, mentor, and co-worker I've known for 10+ years.  The sense of losing this brother is hard to express.  He was like a friend closer than a brother at times.  I could always go to him for anything.  He was not only my friend, but a friend to anyone and everyone.  He was so brave and strongI've lost count of his sacrifices for me.  Like the time he lifted my car out of the snow and onto the road.  I can only end on one note with Ernesto, The value of something is determined by the price someone is willing to pay.  He was willing to stand up and fight for integrity, honesty, friends, and fairness.  Ernesto and I still have a few bucket list yet to fulfillI will complete those journey for us my friend.  I will remember Ernesto as a kind hearted person.  The Lord gives and He takesuntil we meet again Ernesto!  My prayers are with the Molina family and his love ones.

Ernesto was one of the most positive people I've ever been around, and it was my great fortune to have known him for the last six years. Sadly, it often seems as if those that make a difference are taken from us too soon, and Ernesto was clearly a difference-maker. Ernesto, you will be sorely missed and always in our hearts.

My heart is saddened at the loss of such a bright candle. His smile and warm personality will be missed by all. My deepest condolences to his family.

Ernesto, I think you departed our world too soon.  I was always tickled by your energy about the office, and your willingness to drop everything to help people.  A shining example to what being a good friend, co-worker, and a mentor is all about.  And you always remembered to wear your pants.  Semper Fi brother!  You will be missed!

My heart-felt condolences go out to Ernesto's family. I have known Ernesto since early 2008. He was always bright-eyed and without a bad thing to say about anyone.  Never too busy to stop and chat in passing, and always willing to help you out (even if you had to submit a helpdesk ticket).  Ernesto, I am truly saddened by your untimely passing; you will be missed my friend.

Ernesto is such an amazing person and I will miss his engaging personality. Ernesto has been a friend and a better co-worker then I could have wished for. You are a wonderful person. My condolences to the Molina Family

I had the privilege of being Ernesto's manager for the past 11 years.  He was an amazing person, and words could never express how deeply saddened I am by his loss.  He was a wonderful friend and employee - you have my sincere condolences.
