Dear Aunt Judy, Jim, and  John.... I just now found this page and thus the late entry.  Uncle Jerry was the "brain" of the family and beloved and revered by all.  I remember our visit with you when I was a kid and how Uncle Jerry wanted to chase the storm (tornado) that was coming in.  Great memories of wonderful people and we look forward to seeing him again in Paradise!  Rikki (Bratt) Cox

It's been a long while since I got to benefit from Jerry's advice and wisdom regularly, but I'll always value my "other Dad's" words and memories.  My deepest sympathy and love to you, Judy, Jim, John and Charly.

Dear Judy & family
There were so many times that we benefited from Jerry's generosity -- snowblowing the sidewalks for everyone on the block, etc. -- and who can we look up to now for dedication to lawn & boulevard care? (You may have noticed that our own has gone to rack and ruin this summer without his shining example to follow!) We hold you in our thoughts and prayers.

I didn't know my uncle Jerry buy my mother said he was a wonderful guy and she liked him very much.  I am sorry for his loss.

Jim. We knew your dad only through your stories and we know too how difficult the past months have been for your family. We are thinking of you and stand ready to help in whatever way may of of use.

My deepest sympathy Judy and family.  It's a great loss.  It seems like many years ago we grew up together, you still in the same neighborhood and I came back for 29 years.  Everytime 
I go to my brothers I think of you both.  I went through this 2 and a half years ago. It is so difficult.

I always enjoyed your sense of humor.  I am probably the only one who has known you since you were a  baby.  I wish that we could have spent more time together in the later years.  We will miss you, your loving Sister, Anna May.

He overcame great obstacles from his childhood to become a well-educated and thoughtful man.  I didn't know him well, but like all of my uncles, my father's brothers, they are all cut from the same cloth and are or were awesome people.  Our loss is heaven's gain...
