Geraldine "Gerry" Irene Keith

Geraldine Irene Keith, age 92, of Minneapolis, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents Gustav and Irene Arness; sister Adelaide Peterson; daughter Jacqueline Lockridge and granddaughter Sarah Lynn Lockridge.

Gerry is survived by her daughter Gail Keith; grandson Aaron Fix (Ellen Tani); great grandson Kaito Fix; nephews David and Larry Peterson; great niece Eleanor Brinsko and great nephew Michael Peterson.

Gerry spent most of her working career in bookkeeping and tax preparation. She loved music - she sang in her school and church choirs and recorded music as a trio with her mother and sister. Gerry also played piano and was able to pick out any tune by ear. After her retirement she joined Minneapolis Southside Singers.

She was also a great lover of animals and had many pets throughout her life. Gerry could always find the humor and irony in any situation.
