Jialin was born in Hubei, China on October 29, 1948 to Haiting Rong and Lianwa Jiang. He is survived by his wife Mei Tang; daughter Li Rong (Forrest Cahoon); two grandchildren Henry and Duane Cahoon; and many friends in the Chinese community, especially from Minnesota Faith Chinese Lutheran Church.
Interment will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, November 29 at Sunset Cemetery. A celebration of his life will be held at 11 AM on Sunday, December 3 at Minnesota Faith Chinese Lutheran Church.
慈父荣家林于2023年11月25日早上七点因病在Southview Acres医院逝世，享年75岁。兹定于2023年11月29日早上10点出殡安葬在Sunset Cemetery of St Anthony, Minnesota.
