Died on 3/28/11 at her home in Brooklyn Center.

Patricia was born 10/22/29 to George & Alice Carew Eder in Chippewa County, WI.

She was preceded in death by her parents; infant son, Richard G.; husband, George R. Schweitzer; son, Brian G.; brothers, Harry & Tom; sisters, Annette, Eileen & Rita.

Survived by her daughters, Sandra (William) Barnes, Cheryl & Pamela Schweitzer & Cynthia Preston; sons, Kevin (Merry), Steven, Jeffrey (Kelly) & Richard D. Schweitzer; grandchildren, Angela (Sam) Garthune, Danielle & Jacob McLean, Rachel Peltier, Derek Bellanger, Samantha, Tanya, Tara, Christopher, Jesse, John, Jennifer, Amanda & Alexander Schweitzer, April Donner, James & Conner Preston; step grandchildren, Jenny & Nick Alexander; 11 great grandchildren & 1 to be expected in June; sister, Betty Sikora; many other relatives, friends & former co-workers.

Patricia retired in 1993 from the City of Minneapolis Water Department. She had been a longtime member of the Ladies Of Columbus Auxiliary 435, serving in several offices & had also been a member of the business sorority, Zeta Beta Chi for many years.

Mass of Christian Burial Friday 10:30 AM at THE CHURCH OF ST. PETER, 6730 Nicollet Ave. S., Richfield. Visitation 4-8 PM Thursday at SUNSET FUNERAL HOME, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd. NE., Minneapolis & 1 hour prior to Mass at church. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
