Peggy worked for the Minneapolis school district lunch program for over 35+ years and the Star Tribune for 20+ years.
She had various hobbies including, going to the casino-loved slots, diamond art, vacationing, was an avid bowler and even went to nationals.
Peggy enjoyed staying fit and took pride in her appearance and her favorite season was winter and loved being outdoors. She loved to spend time with her fur babies, "the girls" and most of all her family and friends.
Preceded by death beloved husband, Robert Joseph Johnson Jr. of 57 years; parents, Frank L & Helen M Bowler; brothers, James T (Jimmy) & Thomas F (Tommy) Bowler; beloved dog, Krimson Sky.
Survived by daughters, Darla (David) Foster and Cassondra “Cassi” (Tony) Zilka; grandchildren, Brenden (Katelyn) Johnson , Jolyn matteson (Mason) Jaxten Matteson; beloved dogs “the Girls” Savanniah & Bambi
Memorial Services will be held at 12:00 PM, Friday, April 11, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Home, Minneapolis with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM.
