Ted was born in Big Lake, MN to Edward and Verna Erickson. He entered the US Army and served his country for three years as a medical technologist. Following the military, he was a tool and die maker and entered the diaconate and was ordained in 1976.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Lou; and sisters, Ferol and Patricia.
Ted is survived by his 2 sons; wife, Marlys; 4 children; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at St. Timothy's Catholic Church, Blaine at 11:00 am with a visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Private burial will be held.
