AUGUST 15, 1933 – JUNE 23, 2015
Heaven became a little brighter this week. Jack Pughe, with his beautiful blue eyes, glorious silver locks, and a smile that can light up any room, has gone to live among the angels, joining his first wife, Gerry, and his son Matthew.
We’re sure Jack will be spending every minute keeping a close eye on his treasured family below, and even occasionally slipping down for a clandestine visit - well, at least when the BC Lion’s aren’t playing, the links aren’t calling, or the ponies aren’t running....
When we look up into the sky tonight and see that new star shining brightly, we’ll know its Jack watching over us, sending down showers of love. And when we hear that special whistle on the wind, it will always remind us of his amazing spirit and comfort us, knowing that he’s never far away.
Relax now my love, and save us all a spot! You’ll be forever missed but always “in our pockets”!
Your loving family,
Sam, Deb (Rob), Nancy (Mike), Bobby (Krissy), Dougie (Sharon), Ric (Chiquita), Nancy (Don), Laura (Vil), your 21 beloved grandchildren, Jamie (Clint), Robbie, Jeff (Kristy), Marky, Lauren (Chris), Darren (Devin), Pammy, Kayla, Tennille, Tyra, Briggs, Josh (Samantha), Brittany (Ryan), Kourtney (Jordan), Megan, Jake, Sammy, Daniel, Stephanie (Addison), Vicki (Matt), and Paul (Maria), 10 adored great grand children, Bishop, Alex, Liv, Hayden, Ariyana, Jeremy, James, Dylan, Peyton, and Zakk, 2 doting sisters, Bev and Shirl, your numerous loving in-laws and your many, many devoted nieces, nephews and friends.
He is predeceased by his parents myrtle and John Pughe and brothers Gibby and Russell.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jack’s name to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Mission Hospice Society.
There will be a celebration of Jack’s life on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sandpiper Golf & Country Club, 14282 Morris Valley Road, Harrison Mills, B.C.
