He was preceded in death by his father Abdon Garcia; and by his brothers Abdon Garcia Jr. and Magdaleno Garcia.
Arturo is survived by his wife San Juana Garcia; his sons Issac Garcia, Audon(Anyssa) Garcia and Eric Garcia; his grandchildren Sandra Garcia, Noah Garcia and Sofia Garcia; his mother Elvira Garcia; and by his siblings Efren Garcia, Elodia Garcia and Omar Garcia.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at Funeraria Del Angel at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission.
