El velorio se llevará a cabo el jueves 18 de agosto de 2023 en Funeraria Del Angel en Mission de 2:00 pm a 9:00 pm con un rosario rezado a las 7:00 pm. La misa fúnebre se llevará a cabo el viernes 18 de agosto de 2023 en la iglesia católica St. Joseph the Worker en McAllen a las 12:00 p. m. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio Valley Memorial Gardens en Mission.

Aurora Lopez, age 92, of McAllen, Texas passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2023.

She is survived by her children Sergio Cantu, Margarito Cantu, Gladys Cantu, Jose Luis Cantu and Aurora Cantu.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2023 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 18, 2023 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission.
