He is survived by his loving wife Elsa Madrigal; his children Maria de Jesus(Jose) Segura, Elsa A.(Raul Segura) Madrigal, Carlos Madrigal III and Marco Antonio Madrigal; his grandchildren Vanessa Segura, Jose Carlos Segura, Carlos Madrigal IV, Linda Aurora Segura, Jazmin Segura and Diego Raul Segura; his great-grandchildren Lunita Simental-Segura, Jose Roberto Segura and Nadxieli Sol Segura; his siblings Jose R.(+Elva) Madrigal and Heriberto(Rita M.) Madrigal. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00pm.
