Carolina E. Gutierrez, 80, of Edinburg, Texas, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2025. Born on May 15, 1945, she was the beloved daughter of the late Juan Elizondo Rabago and Maria Irene Quinonez.
Carolina was a loving mother, devoted grandmother, and cherished sister. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Guerra (Orlando), and her grandchildren, Israel and Brianda Guerra, who brought immense joy to her life. She also leaves behind her dear sisters, Margarita Cristina De Coss and Juana Eugenia Garza.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Maria Annunziatta Flores.
Carolina will be remembered for her warm heart, love of music, and passion for the simple joys of life. She enjoyed singing, watching her favorite novelas, sipping coffee with sweet bread, and most of all, spending precious time with her grandchildren. Her vibrant spirit and loving presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
