DAVID R. MORENO McALLEN - David R. Moreno, 97, entered eternal rest on December 20, 2014 at Doctor's Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. He is preceded in death by his wife Sofia Moreno. David is survived by his children David Moreno Jr. (Anniela), Rosie M. Ochoa, Sofia L. Moreno and Jose L. Moreno; his grandchildren Robin M. Moreno, Christian D. Moreno, Bianca M. Cantu, Brenda N. Ramirez, Michael A. Moreno, Anna N. Moreno and Jose L. Moreno Jr.; he is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held today, December 22, 2014 at Funeraria Del Angel from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission. Services are under the direction of Funeraria Del Angel of Mission.
