Elvira Menchaca

She is preceded in death by her husband Gilberto Menchaca; her son Azael Menchaca; her parents Juan and Juanita Castruita; and by her sisters Natalia Castruita and Virginia Arellano.

She is survived by her children Daniel Menchaca(Margarita), David Menchaca(Sandy Kay), Ariel Menchaca(Thelma); Claudia Leticia Renteria(Jose Luis Jr.); 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Luis Castruita and her daughter in law Elva Castillo.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Funeraria Del Angel, Chapel of Remembrance in Mission from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 1:00 pm at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission. Services are under the direction of Funeraria Del Angel of Mission.
