Gabe, my love, it is hard to put all of our memories into 2000 words or to pick just one. I will forever cherish Gabe and the time we spent together. 2.5 years was not enough and it should have been more. Gabe is my true love, my starmate, and the only one I want. 

One of the last things Gabe said to me was that he cherished me and appreciated everything I did. I think that embodies what kind of person he is. Gabe is  so selfless, kind and caring even when he was feeling down. 

He took such good care of me, all the time. He always knew how to comfort me and take care of me, and always knew what to say. Gabe was so affectionate in our love and he made it known how much he loved me. I will always love him back with 2000x the ferocity and strength. He often called me his wife, his love, his princess, his girl. He was everything every girl could have ever wanted. The first year we were together he drew me a flower every month to show his love. It melted my heart every time. 

Gabe showed me how to look at the brightside of things. He taught me to relax and stay calm and get through it. He taught me how to love and to be kind to everyone around me and myself. Gabe taught me how to not worry. He taught me how to be proud of our love and how to be proud of myself.  He encouraged me to get good grades, a good job and to do my art.  He never pressured me. 

Gabe showed me some of my favorite bands. He has great taste in music and is a wonderful artist. We would bond over music, art and movies. He is always so charming and sweet and funny. He had a great sense of humor. He was a kind and sensitive guy. He came to me with his deepest and truest feelings. 

Gabe adores his friends no matter where they came from. He loves his family and he made me feel like I was apart of it. He loves his animals. He loves his games and music and art. I miss him more than I ever thought possible and my heart hurts every day. He was my world and he means everything to me.I love Gabe


Gabe was responsible for my taste in music. We used to sit for hours in online music chat rooms, listening to music that would melt our faces off. 

Every time I couldn’t sleep, I’d hop on the computer and Gabe would be there ready to jam to more tunes and play some games.

We even tried making music together, he was very supportive in my music career and we had a blast trying to recreate sounds from Thom Yorke or Pink Floyd. The one song we ended up finishing together was fun, laughed about it because in the end it sounded like a psychedelic microwave flying through space.

Gabe always had an edge on creative art. I’ll always think about Geb when I come across experimental and digital art. Shine on forever, my dude.

Our friendship goes back for over a decade. Neighbors for years, we spent late nights laughing and watching football. But my favorite memory is the night we were hanging out and I leaned over to you as I stroked your beautiful, long hair. “Goon, why don’t you cut your hair!? It’s too long!” You simply smiled and said, “Well Dee, I got nothin’ else to do but lay here, might as well grow it out and donate it.” We both laughed. It was a moment that truly defined just what an incredible, kind hearted, and loving human being you were. You taught me so much my dear friend. You are forever in my heart and prayers. You will be greatly missed Goon. We will and have missed the garage BBQ’s and the friendly NFL Rivalry. Rest easy my friend.
