Jose Esparza

Jose is survived by his loving wife, Concepcion Esparza, and his three daughters: Nancy Gonzalez, Christina Esparza, and Italia Toney. He is also survived by his sons-in-law, Joe Gonzalez and Alfredo Trujillo, and his beloved grandchildren: Angel Gonzalez, Amanda Gonzalez, Edwin Trujillo, and Eli Trujillo.

Jose Esparza’s greatest pride and joy in life were his three daughters, who each achieved the incredible milestone of earning their master’s degrees. He also took immense pride in his grandchildren, cherishing the time he spent with them and celebrating their accomplishments. A devoted family man, Jose loved his wife deeply and always put his family first. He was a steadfast source of support for his brothers and sisters, always ready to lend a helping hand when they were in need. Jose had a passion for exploring the world with his family. Whether traveling with his daughters and grandchildren to New York, Hawaii, the Grand Canyon, Disney, or even Alaska, he embraced the joy of seeing the world together and creating lasting memories.

Toward the later years of his life, his family discovered his hidden love for music and dancing. He especially enjoyed listening to Mexican regional music, which brought him joy and connection to his culture. Known for his dedication, hard work, and vibrant spirit, Jose lived a life full of love, adventure, and devotion to his family. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

A visitation (continued) will occur Friday, January 17, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 3611 North Taylor Road, Mission, Texas 78573. A funeral will occur Friday, January 17, 2025 at 2:00 PM, 3611 North Taylor Road, Mission, Texas 78573. A burial will occur Friday, January 17, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Valley Memorial Gardens, 3605 North Taylor Road, Mission, Texas 78572.
