Jose Luis Oviedo

Jose Luis Oviedo passed away February 24, 2017, at the age of 56. Jose Luis was born in Reynosa, Tamps., Mexico on September 23, 1960 to Jose Oviedo and Esperanza Carlos. He is preceded in death by his father, Jose Oviedo. Jose Luis is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Maria Guadalupe Jasso; children, Victor (Cristina) Oviedo, Maggie Lynn (Santos) Guerrero, Jessica (Joe) Barrera, Melissa Ann Becerra; mother, Esperanza Carlos; siblings, Raul (Delia) Aguilera, Elvia Aguilera, Silvia Aguilera, Graciela Aguilera, Javier (Olga) Oviedo, Esperanza Aguilera, Margarita (Don) Oviedo Wheeler, Rosa Salinas, Socorro (Joel) Aguilera; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was a great husband, father, brother and friend. He loved animals, especially his loyal dog, Rocky, he was a proud U.S. Navy veteran, loved doing projects around the house, had a great sense of humor, and was always smiling. Visitation will take place Wednesday, March 1, 2017 from 2:00pm to 9:00pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel Chapel of Remembrance. Funeral Service will be Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 10:00am at Funeraria Del Angel Chapel of Remembrance.
