My sister Mary, for as far back as I can remember this is your favorite scripture.  You are forever in my heart, and you are alive in Jehovah's memory.

Psalm 23:1-6

23  Jehovah is my Shepherd.
I will lack nothing.
 2  In grassy pastures he makes me lie down;
He leads me to well-watered resting-places.
 3  He refreshes me.
He leads me in the paths* of righteousness for the sake of his name.
 4  Though I walk in the valley of deep shadow,
I fear no harm,
For you are with me;
Your rod and your staff reassure me.
 5  You prepare a table for me before my enemies.
You refresh* my head with oil;
My cup is well-filled.
 6  Surely goodness and loyal love will pursue me all the days of my life,
And I will dwell in the house of Jehovah for all my days.

Also, John 5:25-28

25  “Most truly I say to you, the hour is coming, and it is now, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who have paid attention will live. 
26  For just as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted also to the Son to have life in himself.
27  And he has given him authority to do judging, because he is the Son of man. 
28  Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice
29  and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.

To Aunt Mary,   Thank You for helping us out like you did and for the chocolate hostess cupcakes and maranitos you would buy for me without me even requesting it. I should say that you shared with me because you enjoyed eating them too. You're no longer suffering and are truly at peace now.....In my memory you will be.....

I'm so sorry to hear of your mother's illness and passing.  God's hand was surely in your reconciliation during her last weeks.  That is a wonderful thing.

I've looked through the photos from the family.  Maria was a beautiful young woman.

My own mother passed age 42 on June 10 (1962) breast cancer.  63 years ago.

I'm sure Logan and his family are a great support system as you
navigate your loss and the upcoming changes as you both (and Oziel) adjust to life without your mother.
