She was preceded in death by her husband Horace Kissinger; her parents Jim and Mabel Moore; her daughter Julie Kirby; and by 4 siblings.
Neva is survived by her son Kearney(Nancy) Martin Kissinger; and by her grandchildren Connor Kissinger, Megan Kirby, Shawn Kirby and Coby Elliott.
Neva was a woman of quiet strength and deep compassion. She was artistic by nature, finding beauty in the world around her, and she had a lifelong love for animals that reflected her gentle heart. A hard worker in every sense, Neva was diligent, determined, and took pride in giving her best in all she did. She was known for her generosity and her willingness to help others without hesitation. Above all else, Neva loved her family deeply, and nothing brought her greater joy than time spent with her children and grandchildren, who were the center of her world.
A committal service for Neva will be held Friday, January 23, 2026 at 3:00 pm at Valley Memorial Gardens, in Mission.
