Noelia R. Saenz, a beloved mother, grandmother, and devoted wife, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2026, at the age of 90. She was born on January 14, 1935, in La Grulla, Texas, to her loving parents, Sabas Ruiz and Petra Ybarra.
Noelia shared 65 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Benjamin Saenz, who preceded her in death. Together they built a life rooted in love, family, and tradition.
She leaves behind her cherished children, Benjamin E. Saenz Jr. (Nelly) and Alberto Saenz (Maria Oralia). She was a proud and loving grandmother to David, Melissa, Alberto Jr., and Cathy Marie, and she was blessed with several great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy.
Noelia was known for her warm heart and generous spirit. She expressed her love through cooking, and her kitchen was often filled with the comforting aromas of her favorite dishes, especially her beloved tamales and menudo. Above all, she will be remembered as a loving mother, a devoted wife, and a wonderful grandmother whose care and kindness touched everyone who knew her.
