He was preceded in death by his parents Olimpo and Petra Salinas.
Norberto is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Maria Josefina Salinas; his children Marysol Salinas, Norberto(Marissa) Salinas Jr. and Diego(Emily) Salinas; his grandchildren Brianna, Landon and Jason; his siblings Olimpo, Servando, Oscar, Alicia, Petra, Magda and Magdalena; and his father-in-law Nicanor Lopez.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at Iglesia Bautista Getsemani, 2101 Trenton Rd. McAllen, Texas 78504 at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission.
