Rafael is survived with deep sorrow by his wife, Sherry Martinez; two siblings, Rene M. (Isabella) and Rebecca Salazar (Vincent); many more family and friends.
He is welcomed in heaven by his parents, Jose Candido and Catarina Martinez; two siblings, Raquel Martinez Kocher, and Ricardo Martinez.
Public Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel, 3611 North Taylor Road, Mission, Texas 78573, on March 13, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and will continue at the same location on March 14, 2026, beginning at 9:00 am.
Burial will take place at Valley Memorial Gardens, 3605 North Taylor Road, Mission, Texas 78572, US, on March 14, 2026, at 11:00 am.
