He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Eusebio Loza and Concepcion Anzaldua; sisters, Norma Linda Loza, Sylvia Barreiro, Enedina Gonzalez, and Belinda Lugo.
Richard is survived by his wife, Emma Muñoz Loza; daughters, Norma Linda (Pablo) Cortez, Cassandra (Robert) Losoya; grandchildren, Brianna (Rene) Rowland Peña, Robert Losoya III, Crystal Michele Cortez, Olivia Adelaida Losoya, Pablo Adrian Cortez; great grandson, Sebastian Ramirez; siblings, Jose Eusebio (Belinda) Loza Jr., Virginia Aguilera, Arturo (Dora) Loza, Joel Loza, Sandra (Johnny) Gomez, Judy (Rey) Loza Garcia, Debbie Loza Baez and numerous extended family and friends.
The visitation will be held Friday, November 12, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Funeraria Del Angel.
The funeral service will occur Friday, November 12, 2021 at 9:30 AM, at Funeraria Del Angel.
The procession to the cemetery will take place after the service at 10:30 AM
The graveside service, Fire Fighter Honors and Military Honors to follow at 11:00 AM RGV State Veterans Cemetery in Mission.
