Teatsy Ann Farris

She was preceeded in death by her husband Owen, a baby girl, daughter Deborah Ann, son Robert Owen, parents Robert and Teatsy Harrison, and siblings Elizabeth Usry, Jacqueline McGuire, Bobbie Davis, and Francis Harrison.

She is survived by son Matthew Farris in Leander TX, daughter Julie Davis in Pismo Beach CA, ten grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. She was a music teacher in the Sharyland, PSJA, and Donna school districts, and wanted her appreciation mentioned to her LBJ choirs for always remembering her through the years. She was also organist for a number of churches; the presbyterian church being her longest at 29 years. The people and warm atmosphere of these sanctuaries filled her with so much joy, she said. She is remembered by so many for being warm and loving, always encouraging and praising God, and having a beautiful smile. She was perfection as a Mother and Grandmother. We will miss her unconditional love and look forward to being together with her again in the earth made new

On Friday, May 19, a viewing will be held at Funeraria Del Angel at 3611 N. Taylor in Mission TX, followed by burial at Roselawn cemetery in McAllen TX.
