He is preceded in death by his parents Guillermo and Julia De La Cruz, his siblings Manuel De La Cruz and Esther Thompson; and by his wife Gloria De La Cruz.
He is survived by his children Yolandia (John Rathbun)Ybarra, Teresa (Geronimo Hernandez) De La Cruz, James (Sol Ruiz) De La Cruz; his grandchildren Victor Miguel (Abigal) De La Cruz, Cody (Audry Moreno) Ybarra, Anthony Ybarra, Chelsie Johnson, Brittney (Jorge Moreno) Johnson, Austin (Samantha Gonzalez) Johnson, Eva de la Cruz and Enrique de la Cruz; and by his siblings Josie (Jose) Molina, Mike de la Cruz, Fernando (Maria) de la Cruz, Deonicio (Gloria)de la Cruz, Jose (Rachel) de la Cruz, Aurelia Smith, Lupe Flores, Sara Perez, Janie (Mike) Guzman, Terry de la Cruz, Aurora Cook, Mary (Howard) Thompson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at Del Angel Funeral Home from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. Funeral service was held on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Del Angel Funeral Home. Burial followed at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
