After graduating in 2006, Daija continued her education at Saddleback College, where she also participated in cheerleading and earned her Associate's Degree.
Following her graduation, Daija began her professional career in an administrative role with Moran & Company, a multi-family real estate company in Irvine, California.

Daija had a vibrant spirit and a zest for life. She loved creating cherished memories at Disneyland and the beach with Dilyn and family.
She also generously volunteered her time and energy to the Laguna Niguel Girls Softball league, serving on the board and supporting Dilyn's participation.
