E. Dwayne Ealy

E. Dwayne Ealy, 82 of Laguna Hills, passed away peacefully in his home with his wife by his side on January 18 , 2022. He was the beloved owner of the portrait photography studio, “ Images by Dwayne” and served thousands of clients in South Orange County for over 40 years. Dwayne, an electrical engineer, came to Orange County where he and his wife, Diane, opened their first photography studio in 1976 in Mission Viejo and later moved to Lake Forest. Dwayne was a true artist and master of his craft, creating beautiful memories photographing families, children, weddings and pets.

Dwayne was born on March, 26, 1939 in Clovis New Mexico. Growing up, he helped his mother in her furniture store in town and became fascinated in the 60’s with car racing. In addition to his passion for cars and photography, both he and Diane were avid biking enthusiasts and enjoyed numerous biking trips around California. Diane and Dwayne attended Saddleback church for over 30 years.

Dwayne is survived by his wife of 47 years, Diane (Hanlon) Ealy, and his sister Norma (Ealy) Patterson of Clovis, New Mexico. A family gravesite burial is planned for February 7th at the El Toro Cemetery.
