My deepest sympathy to the family of dear Frank.  May God's  comfort, strength love and peace be with you in this of time of sorrow .   He will be missed.

Nothing can replace the beauty of Frank's life, or the goodness of Frank's heart, or the integrity of Frank's soul.  Proof is just one story on how in two different evenings in the near-by moutains he took my son's on a tour of celestral glory with his computer driven telescope.  Thanks Frank for your life on earth.

To me Frank was the ultimate Stargazer. Although I have never seen Frank in “stargazer” action, we did share some our cosmic pictures we both took. I think he could leave t(his) earth through his telescope for a weekend or so, to forget about last week and comeback on the next Monday ready for his next earth week. He knew he was made of stardust. Earth to earth, ashes to ashes, stardust to dust with the stars. I hope he can rest in peace in his universe with his maker and see it all !

So sorry to hear of Frank's passing.  He was a kind and generous spirit.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you. 

Frank is a older cousin of mine on my mother's side. We would visit them and Frank was always willing to play pool or show me his science kits. He had taken me snowmobiling a couple of times. Frank and his brothers Tim and Jim were always kind to me. Rest in peace Frank 

Just heard about Frank’s passing from his brother Jim. “Frankie” was a classmate at Marion Military academy. His brothers Tim, Jim and myself traveled back to Fort Wayne Indiana many times on breaks from Military school. We spent countless hours in the Kloer basement drinking Old Crown beer on tap
and shooting pool. 
Frank was always happy and always ready to have some fun.
Strange I was just thinking about him today.

Frank has been a valuable member and Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Skyview HOA for more than 25 years. We are very sorry to hear of his passing. He has served the community and his friends and neighbors selflessly. We will miss his help and counsel. God bless you and keep you Frank.

Frank was a great person to work with.  He was a very good engineer and an even better friend.  Always willing to help.  I am very sorry to hear of his passing.   Blessings.
