Her early years were spent in Irvine, CA. Between her schooling she enjoyed ballet and karate, she was an avid reader, lover of animals and especially her Bengal cats and cockatiels. Jaime received her bachelor’s degree in English literature and her teaching credentials at Cal State Long Beach.
She is survived by her husband Gabe Anderson, stepchildren Claire, Faith and Josh (Chicago), parents Nick and Linda Anastasiow, brother Steven Anastasiow (Tina), nephews Connor and Brendan, grandmother Jacqueline Anastasiow, aunt Becky Mannino (Frank), aunt Debra Jurun (Nick), uncle Walt Bugbee, uncle Jim Anastasiow and cousin Nicholas Jurun.
