Joseph (JP) Peter McConologue III passed away at the age of 38 on January 20, 2021 after being struck and killed by an automobile in Orange County, California.
JP was the son of Margaret S. Jordan of Pasadena, California and the late J. Peter McConologue. He was the step-son of Thomas Jordan, the brother of Alison Thompson and step-brother of Alexandra Jordan. JP was a loving uncle to five nephews.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, JP attended public schools in Wellesley, Massachusetts and Buckingham, Browne & Nichols School in Cambridge. After moving to Pasadena, California in 2000, JP graduated from Army Navy Academy in Carlsbad, California in 2001 and from the University of Arizona in 2005 where he was a member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. A gifted athlete, JP was a huge fan of the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots and anything U of A related.
After graduating from U of A, JP worked for nine years as a Staffing Manager in Boston, then in Southern California for seven more years.
